Consent to the processing of personal data
1. I grant my consent to the processing of the personal data listed below to OZCORP fishing s.r.o., ID No. 07995989, with registered office No. 194, 280 02 Volárna (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"):
- name and surname or company name
- district
2. The name, surname, company name, district and email must be processed by the Controller for the purpose of sending a newsletter with offers personalized for the location. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 2 years.
3. I give my explicit consent to the above processing by ticking the box. I am aware that my consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@ozcorpfishing.cz or a letter to the contact details of OZCORP fishing s.r.o., ID No. 07995989, located at No. 194, 280 02 Volárna, with the envelope marked PERSONAL DATA.
4. I know that the processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, however, personal data may be processed for the Administrator by providers of processing software, services and applications, namely: - WEDOS Internet, a.s., ID: 28115708 - PrestaShop, Google, Seznam, Facebook
5. I know that I have the right under the Data Protection Act:
- withdraw my consent at any time,
- request information from you (the Administrator) about what personal data you process,
- request an explanation from you (the Controller) regarding the processing of my personal data,
- to request access to this data from you (the Controller) and to have it updated or corrected,
- request that you (the Controller) erase this personal data,
- in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, to contact you (Controller) or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
